HIA Victorian Housing Awards

Meca Enterprises has received several awards of the highest achievements within Gippsland, including the Best Display Home over $200,000 HIA Victorian Housing Awards. It was presented at the Latrobe Motel and Convention Centre in Traralgon.

In the Judging process, each home was viewed and judged by industry professionals. Entries were divided up by regions, and judged in pairs. Each project was judged on a detailed scoring basis.

Judges looked at every aspect of the project, taking into consideration the category entered. Out of these, winners and runners-up were selected. The judges comments for MECA's awards included.

"The Royale by Meca Enterprises is of functional design with parents and children's zones separated by a central kitchen and family room.

"The fittings and fixtures are of a high quality. Coupled with excellent construction through-out the Royale, makes the Royale exceptional value for money."
